ABOUT ME

I am an Italian-Pakistani-Hungarian scriptwriter, producer, & performer (AKA Kit Khan). I trained on the Soho Theatre Writer’s Lab, Kali Theatre Discovery Lab, Soho Theatre Drag Lab, Ben Blaine’s Screenwriting course, the Bitten Peach, the Soho School of Burlesque, and earned an MFA in Writing at the Central School of Speech & Drama.

My debut short play SPOT premiered at Theatre 503 commissioned by Kali Theatre's Discovery lab, and I have since been commissioned by Peripetia Theatre for Pride programming in 2024. As an independent producer my producing credits include Scritches 2025 @ The Divine with Brooklyn Rep, Bah Dragmas @ the Ritzy, Queer Cowboys 2024 @ Kings Head, Too Much Pills and Liquor @ The Divine, and more.

My work is varied and interdisciplinary, but always united by my inherent globalised perspective and desire to find/create/nourish community. See my Cabaret work.

As part of my writing work, I edit and provide dramaturgical support for productions, and have collaborated in film festivals/workshops as a jury member and keynote speaker for student filmmakers. See my festivals & workshops.

Alongside this, I do copywriting/marketing in theatre as well as for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. If that's what you're looking for, head to my LinkedIn to see a breakdown of my work.
